Drive new business for Architech Labs by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with residential developers, architects, interior designers, and commercial clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships in residential and commercial automation markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope and price projects accurately
- Represent Architech Labs at industry events, trade shows, and partner networks
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Work closely with leadership to define and execute growth strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in AV, smart home, BMS, or related industries preferred
- Strong network within luxury residential or commercial construction sectors
- Self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
