About the Role

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of smart home and building automation projects — from initial client briefing through to commissioning and handover — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously across different geographies
  • Coordinate between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and track milestones
  • Own client communications and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
  • Conduct project post-mortems and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction, AV, or automation
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with clients and technical teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience reading technical drawings and understanding system schematics
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
